FAQ's about shopping with us

  1. What are your operating hours?
    Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. For urgent inquires please don’t hesitate to phone Nicola on 021 161 0897.  If you place an order out of these hours, your order will be processed on the following business working day.
     
  2. How do I order?
    You can place an order through our secure online shop.
     
  3. Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver daily throughout Northland: Kaitaia, Kerikeri, Whangarei and around New Zealand, Monday to Friday. View our delivery page here for all information regarding delivery time frames and pricing. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but may have to charge additional for this.

    We will endeavour to deliver goods at the agreed delivery time but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order. For urgent deliveries please phone us. We will do our best to assist you where possible.
     
  4. Payment Options?
    Our online store accepts payment by bank transfer, credit card, Visa or MasterCard using the secure services of e-way, Laybuy or Afterpay. All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars. The name that will appear on your statement will be PURELY NORTHLAND when you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your receipt.

  6. Returns and Refunds Policy
    We pride ourselves in providing excellent service & quality products. We want our customers to be 100% happy each time. Purely Northland offers a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason we will exchange or refund the items for you, under the following conditions:
    All returns must be unused, unopened & in perfect original condition, including the packaging.
    Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of your order.
    You, the purchaser, are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
